The 3rd Glatt Bookfestival returns with the beloved walk-in bookworm and many live events for the whole family. Free entry.

Some of the highlights (events in German):

  • Tuesday, October 15th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Reading with bestselling author Wladimir Kaminer. The successful writer was born in Moscow and sold more than 4 mio. books. At Glatt he will introduce his newest book “Liebeserklärungen”.
  • Saturday, October 26th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Live-Talk and reading with bestselling author Anne Jacobs from her newest book series “Das Gutshaus”. Her first triologoy “Die Tuchvilla” sold more than 700.000 times.
  • Saturday, November 2nd from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Swiss book premiere with bestselling author Milena Moser who will exclusively at Glatt introduce her newest book “Das schöne Leben der Toten”. She wrote it with her life partner Victor-Mario Zaballa who she lives with in Arizona.

  • Greg’s Diary • Art workshop • Wednesday, October 16th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., 16. Oktober von 14 bis 17 Uhr: Learn how to draw the comic hero yourself.
  • Faye Montana • Meet and Greet • Saturday, October 19th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Finally the YouTube-Star is is coming to Switzerland and presents her book “Freundinnen Challenge”. Guaranted meet and greet only with ticket. Tickets are sold-out.
  • Globi • Event for children • Wednesday, October 23rd from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: the fun character come to Glatt and is excited to meet everybody.
  • The little polar bear Lars • Reading for children • Wednesday, October 3th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: The little polar bear comes with a story teller to Glatt (reading in German). Are you excited what he experienced in his travels?
  • Charlotte Habersack • Reading for children • Saturday, November 2nd from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: The bestselling-author will read from her exciting book series „Bitte nicht öffnen“ (reading in German).
